We are at last back in business, the "management" changes are complete, and I have had a holiday, we can now continue the draws as usual, monthly.

The 50/50 Club is in effect a "raffle" drawn each month where the cash prizes are 50% of the total membership's investment in shares.   A single share is £6.00 for the year. A member may purchase as many shares as they like.
For example if we sell 80 shares @£6.00 (approximately one per member) the total would = £480 of which £240 would be paid out in prize money. A draw will take place at the end of each month and cheques sent to the winners. For 80 shares sold the prize money will be: 1st £10.00. 2nd. £6.00 3rd £4.00
If more or less than 80 shares are sold, prizes will increase or decrease relativity.
As of July 2008 only 43 shares have been sold, therefore the prizes are: 1st. £4.97.   2nd. £2.99   3rd. £1.99.
The following table shows the cost of a single share purchased part way through the year. They will be entered into the draw at the end of the month of purchase, and continue thereafter until the end of the year
